Users' personal data is stored exclusively on Supabase servers located in the European Union (Ireland).

SITU is a web application designed for building professionals to create geolocated photo reports on plans. The service is accessible at app.situ.ch after creating an account.

All elements of the situ.ch website and the app.situ.ch application (texts, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, interfaces) are the exclusive property of ctrl-design Sàrl or are subject to a licence of use granted to it.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from ctrl-design Sàrl.

ctrl-design Sàrl endeavours to ensure the availability and accuracy of information published on situ.ch and app.situ.ch. However, the publisher cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or unavailability of the service, particularly in the event of maintenance, technical failure or force majeure.

The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Use of the service is under the user's sole and entire responsibility.
